About the Role

 

Our Adelaide office has a position available for a Solicitor with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience to work primarily with a busy litigation / insolvency partner. You will provide dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency assistance to a variety of clients including major banks and financiers, and insolvency practitioners (corporate administrations and personal insolvency).  You will also have the opportunity to assist other partners on a variety of litigious matters.

 

You will be given the opportunity to work independently whilst also being supported by an experienced team and mentored by highly successful and engaging partners. To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable skills in a similar role, including litigation or come from a generalist litigation background, or a keen interest in this area and eagerness to learn.
