  • Strong client service focus, the ability to establish and sustain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for client-centric growth and innovation.

What do we offer?

We are a future-focussed firm and that ethos extends to our people too.

We offer you the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, positive and inclusive team that works in partnership with our clients and other teams locally and across the Dentons network globally.

We offer competitive remuneration along with benefits that will make a positive difference to your life. We welcome applications for this position from candidates seeking flexible working arrangements.

  • We invest in our people, so learning and development are key.
  • Lifestyle leave – we recognise that people have busy lives so there is the opportunity to buy extra leave each year.
  • Annual wellness allowance
  • Paid parental leave of 26 weeks/5 weeks for non-primary caregiver.
  • Access to free in-house legal advice.
  • We dress for our day and our role.
  • Regular social events, including morning teas, Friday Fives, sporting and charity events, family Christmas parties, and mid and end of year functions.
  • An extra paid holiday for Dentons Kensington Swan Day.
