About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and ambitious solicitor with around 3 years’ experience to join our Auckland real estate team. You will be a team player and have a drive to build your career as a leading real estate lawyer.
Some relevant experience and skills you have may include:
- Real estate acquisitions and disposals
- Due diligence
- Understanding of commercial leasing transactions
- Attention to detail
- A drive to be successful
- People skills including collaboration, resilience and adaptability.
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills
- Exposure to property development (including subdivisions), property finance, public works and unit titles would be desirable, but not essential.
Who will you be working with and what will you be doing?
Our national real estate team members are experts in all aspects of real estate law. We act for a broad range of clients including global and local investors and developers, multi-national corporates, Government and businesses across many sectors. We work on their most important matters including acquisitions and disposals, complex development agreements, leasing agreements, leasing arrangements and major infrastructure projects.
