Who will you be working with?

Our Litigation – Health team work across our Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch office and are legally trained health sector experts providing advice to guide and protect clients across the health sector.

From advising on medical practice acquisitions to ensuring compliance and navigating the intricacies of clinical trials, our team is committed to upholding the relevant ethical standards and codes in the health profession.

 

About you

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Litigation – Health Senior Solicitor/Senior Associate) with 6 - 8 years’ experience to join our team, in either Wellington or Auckland.

This role is client facing, and you will have responsibility for drafting documentation, including submissions, appearing in court and at hearings and mentoring junior team members.

You may have exposure to health litigation in private practice or work for a public sector organisation.

 

Your experience will include:

  • litigation before courts and tribunals
  • dispute resolution
  • mediation
  • mentoring junior lawyers
  • conducting investigations
  • providing sound strategic advice.
