About the Opportunity
Dentons Luxembourg with Martine Gerber-Lemaire is currently seeking to strengthen its pre-eminent REAL ESTATE practice with the appointment of an experienced Associate / Senior Associate who is an ambitious and commercially driven lawyer. 
We have a strong reputation for acting on the most significant, complex and high value deals, working with specialists across the firm to ensure that all our clients' requirements are met to the highest standards. The transactional real estate practice works on a wide range of Luxembourg real estate matters for international and national clients, such as share deals, asset deals, joint ventures, leases, promotion agreements, co-ownership rules, real estate litigation. Due to the polycentric nature of the firm, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from other offices.
The Luxembourg team provides a full range of legal services, with a particular focus on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, tax, investment funds, banking and finance, structured finance, real estate, and restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy.


About the Role 

As a member of the real estate practice, you will be responsible for 

•    Drafting and reviewing contracts and analyzing specific civil and commercial dispositions,
•    Preparing real estate litigation and drafting legal acts for the civil or commercial courts, as well as strengthening and developing the litigation department.
•    Carrying out real estate due diligence,
•    Drafting real estate related legal memoranda on specific matters,
•    Working with our knowledge department in order to implement new AI solutions and new contractual environment by producing so called “green provisions” for contracts,
•    Being reliable for clients (strong service orientation).

 

About You

•    You have 3 to 7 years' experience in a Luxembourg law firm specializing in real estate law,
•    Experience in litigation is an advantage,
•    You have a university degree in law (equivalent to Master 2) and you have attended during your bachelor civil law courses,
•    You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (list 1 or list 4),
•    Fluent in English and French,
•    Ability and willingness to be part of the Luxembourg real estate community,
•    You are solution oriented, proactive and a team player,
•    Develop an internal and external network.
