About the role 

You will be part of a dedicated team and will support the practice by assuming such responsibilities as:

• Representing creditors and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, public companies and private companies in financing transactions;
• Contributing to a broad range of banking and finance matters, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated transactions, mezzanine and subordinated debt facilities, asset-based financings, acquisition, recapitalization, and other leveraged financings across a variety of industries;
• Documenting, structuring, negotiating and closing commercial finance transactions; and
• Helping build relationships with clients.

About you

You are a dynamic, proactive and motivated professional with:

• Master's degree in civil law
• 2-3 years of legal experience in commercial lending transactions within the Banking and Finance department of a recognized law firm in Luxembourg
• Qualified in Luxembourg law
• Fluent in English and French; proficiency in any other language is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently when needed
• Quick learner with a strong drive for excellence
• Solution-oriented approach
