About the role 

You will join our Finance/Billing team and support partners as well as the wider Luxembourg office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare, review and issue client invoices in line with billing instructions.
  • Check billing data, including time entries, expenses, rates, discounts and client details.
  • Assist teams with billing-related queries.
  • Maintain billing reports, Excel tracking files and billing documentation.
  • Monitoring overdue invoices and managing customer reminders.

 

This role places you at the heart of the firm, working closely with colleagues, support staff and lawyers in a collaborative and international environment.

About you

You are a dynamic, proactive and motivated professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Knowledge of 3E would be a strong advantage, together with solid Excel skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Diplomacy, discretion and a high level of professionalism.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
