Under the leadership of Martine Gerber Lemaire (recognized as an individual star), one of Luxembourg’s most respected real estate lawyers, our team advises top‑tier investors, asset managers, developers, and financial institutions on some of the highest profile and complex transactions in the market.

You will contribute across our Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Tax and Corporate practices, collaborating with a diverse international team and benefiting from Dentons’ global platform - the largest law firm in the world. You’ll be at the center of high‑stakes transactional work, including acquisitions and disposals of flagship assets and cross‑border transactions involving major international players.

About you

You are a dynamic, proactive and motivated professional with:

  • A degree in Law
  • 3-6 years of experience, either
    • with a pure real estate profile; or
    • with a corporate background,
  • Fully qualified in Luxembourg law and admitted to the Luxembourg bar (list I or list IV)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • A quick learning capacity combined with a strong drive for excellence
