About the role
You will join our Corporate and M&A team and support the practice across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions — ranging from private and public M&A to complex joint ventures, strategic alliances, and private equity investments — while also advising on corporate structures, governance matters and management incentive plans.
About you
You are a dynamic, proactive and motivated professional with:
- A degree in Law
- 4-6 years of experience in Corporate/ M&A within a Luxembourg law firm
- Fully qualified in Luxembourg law and admitted to the Luxembourg bar (list I or list IV)
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
- A quick learning capacity combined with a strong drive for excellence
