About the Role

We’re looking for a career Paralegal or Conveyancer to join our busy and growing Real Estate team in Brisbane.

“You will work in a team that values mentorship and collaboration. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow,” says Caitlyn Slater, Associate.

You’ll manage your own files and collaborate daily with major clients on high-impact, meaningful matters. The role focuses predominantly on mortgage in possession work, with exposure to development projects and other property transactions. This is a rare and excellent opportunity to work alongside a progressive team that values precision, client service, and professional growth.

About You

You’re motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career with purpose. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Prior experience in a property paralegal or conveyancer role is essential
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent client service skills and responsiveness
• Strong organisation and time management skills
