About the Practice

 

Dentons' real estate team in Brisbane is a full-service real estate offering and operates across all sectors, including capital transactions, leasing, development and general property advice for local, national and international clients.

 

The team is led by two dynamic partners and works hand in hand with Dentons' real estate team nationally as well as other practice groups including banking and finance, insolvency and particularly our corporate advisory team.

 

About the Role

 

We’re looking for a full-time career Paralegal or Conveyancer to join our busy and growing Real Estate team in Brisbane.

 

You’ll manage your own files and collaborate daily with major clients, with a focus predominantly on mortgage in possession work. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a progressive and friendly team that values precision, client service and professional growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsibility of file management and maintaining files from start-to-finish
  • Liaise with major clients daily, providing timely and professional support via phone and email
  • Conduct property searches, land title checks and assist with preparing contracts, settlement figures and documentation
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, solicitors and brokers to keep transactions on track
  • Enter and manage data in client portals and internal business systems
  • Work alongside a progressive team that values precision, client service and professional growth
  • Potential to gain some exposure to development projects and other property transactions where required.

  • Prior experience in a property paralegal or conveyancer role is essential

Please note that this position is not suitable for current law students, as it requires the successful candidate to work on a full-time basis.
