The Opportunity 

 

We are seeking a professional, personable and confident Receptionist / Legal Secretary to join our Client Services team in our Brisbane office. The key function of this role is to ensure our clients have a positive experience, whether over the phone or visiting our beautiful offices.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Be one of the first point of contact for clients and guests arriving at the firm
  • Answer incoming telephone calls through a national switchboard
  • General administrative duties such as ordering couriers, sorting mail and opening new files
  • Assist with client enquiries including photocopying and admin requests
  • Manage multiple inboxes to book meeting rooms, manage general reception email enquiries and distribute electronic faxes
  • Take and make some beverage orders
  • Book some of the firm travel
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

 

About you:

 

Ideally you will be an experienced receptionist or have worked in a similar position previously. Experience working in a law firm, hotel or travel booking environment is preferred but not essential.
