About the Role
Are you experienced in retail and regulated lender recoveries and keen to diversify your experience with general litigation and complex realisations?
We are looking for a well-organised lawyer with proven experience in banking enforcement, realisation and recovery litigation. Your previous experience will capture loan enforcement for lenders, including managing obligations under the National Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice, customer sensitivity and hardship. Supported by partners, you will be a team-player who enjoys supervising junior staff (or wants to step into a supervision role) and be familiar with a high-volume practice and client delivery expectations. You will be supported by an energetic, close-knit team which embraces flexibility and collaboration, working in conjunction with our national colleagues.
As part of your role, you will have access to our career development program, tailored to your level of PAE, with your national counterparts, as well as access to a pro-bono program and other community initiatives.
Ideally, you will have 5–7 years of PAE. We will consider flexible work requests from suitable candidates, subject to your level of experience and the role requirements.
