About the Role
Ideally, you will have 5–7 years of PAE. Proven experience in corporate insolvency assignments and related litigation is a must.
You will work closely with supervising partners and be supported by a close-knit team which embraces collaboration and prides itself on excellent service delivery.
About You
You are a well-organised lawyer with an eye for detail and keenness to hone your technical skills. You will have previous experience in core workstreams of:
- Voluntary administration, liquidation and receiverships acting for appointees and directors or key stakeholders.
- Safe harbour appointments.
- Secured creditor realisations.
- Commercial litigation with a focus on financial services and Corporations Act disputes.
Working in a team structure, mentoring junior staff and supporting partners in business development initiatives will be second nature to you or provide an opportunity you have been looking for to develop your skill set in a supportive environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with drafting Court pleadings.
