Position Summary
We are currently seeking applicants for a full time Office Services Clerk in our reprographics department. The primary role of the Office Services Clerk is to work closely with Calgary office employees, as well as those employees in our Office Services Department dealing with scanning, document management and general office services support.


•    Digital File Scanning Services;
•    Photocopy services – Responsible for all jobs related to Cerlox binding, scanning, photocopying, PC printing and other duties as requested;
•    Closing Books production services (electronic and binder formats); 
•    Inventory coordination and quality control; and
•    Other production and reproduction duties as assigned and/or required.

•    Experience working with document production/duplication, scanning and printing equipment is preferred;
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF programs (Adobe, Nuance), Document Management systems is an asset; 
•    Ability to work within strict deadlines;
•    Able to multitask dealing with multiple projects;
•    Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds;
•    Self-starter with superior attention to detail;
•    Exceptional organization and time management skills;
•    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; 
•    Proven ability to provide high quality customer service; and
•    Demonstrated commitment to privacy and ethical conduct.
