Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

Dentons US LLP is recruiting for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the Firms current and future staffing needs. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a positive candidate experience while aligning hiring strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from job requisition through background checks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and post job advertisements across multiple sourcing channels
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Facilitate offer preparation, negotiation, and pre-employment processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices
  • Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of this position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; SuccessFactors a plus
  • Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices

Salary

Chicago Only DOE: $42.00/hourly
