Graduate/Solicitor, Litigation (0 - 3 PQE) – Christchurch

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate who is interested in litigation, or a litigation solicitor, to work in our Ōtautahi (Christchurch) Litigation team.

Led by Willie Hamilton, our team comprises skilled advocates who use their experience and knowledge to resolve a diverse range of disputes.

Willie has gained over 18 years’ New Zealand litigation experience and has extensive expertise in commercial disputes, liability insurance and regulatory matters, and sports law.

Your day-to-day work will involve drafting documents (including correspondence, pleadings, and submissions), research, and discovery tasks.  You will have the opportunity to work both one-to-one with Willie, and with senior barristers and Kings’ Counsel on complex matters.
