Solicitor - Litigation (2 - 5 PQE)

We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation solicitor to work in our Ōtautahi (Christchurch) Litigation team.
Led by Willie Hamilton, our team comprises of skilled advocates who use their experience and knowledge to resolve a diverse range of disputes.
Willie has gained over 17 years’ New Zealand litigation experience and has extensive expertise in commercial disputes, liability insurance and regulatory matters, and sports law.
Your day-to-day work will involve drafting documents (including correspondence, pleadings, and submissions), research, and discovery tasks. You will have the opportunity to work both one-to-one with Willie, and with senior team members on complex matters.
Your experience/interest will include:
- litigation
- mediation
- providing sound advice
- dispute resolution
- liability insurance
- commercial disputes
- sports law
