The Role
We are seeking a skilled Associate with experience in general commercial real estate transactional work for our UAE Real Estate team. The role involves handling a diverse array of real estate transactions, encompassing both local initiatives within the UAE and KSA and support for the global clientele of the firm. Our commitment is to provide a client-centric, responsive service for prominent clients who demand superior quality, value, and exceptional work. We expect our legal professionals to be sector specialists, proactive, and commercially astute. Required experience, skills, and attributes
- Experience of advising clients on UAE real estate transactions and developments.
- Excellent knowledge and application of UAE real estate laws and practice.
- Experience in investment-based disposals and acquisitions, including corporate share acquisitions.
- Collaborating with a project team involving construction, finance, corporate, and planning counterparts both locally and internationally.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents such as sale/purchase contracts, transfers, strata documents, leases and development agreements.
- Managing real estate due diligence requirements.
- Ability to manage straight forward real estate transactions from start to end.
- Experience of advising on real estate transactions and developments in KSA is advantageous.
- Superior attention to detail with a can-do and collaborative attitude towards work.
