An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Responsible Business Team, assisting them with some ongoing projects. Working on a wide range of projects across inclusion, wellbeing and community space, you'll play an integral role within the team to deliver the broad and ever more ambitious programme. You will offer advice and guidance to key stakeholders on best practice and offer solutions to issues.

Responsibilities

 

This is an interesting and varied role, key tasks include: 

  • Ownership, autonomy and accountability for several inclusion, well-being and community programmes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in ID&E providing guidance to HR, Partners and Directors on policies processes and best-practice.
  • Actively manage relationships with charities and third-party advisory organisations.
  • Support our inclusion networks in their network strategies and devising plans for 2025. 
  • Act as a key contact for the wellbeing and charity committees providing guidance and support where required.
  • Work with our internal communications team to ensure clear and engaging communication of any inclusion, well-being and community programmes, events or activities, including drafting communications.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of internal and external events across inclusion, wellbeing and community.
  • Provide inclusion, well-being and community input into RfPs.
  • Work with the whole Responsible Business team to raise awareness of the firm-wide responsible business programme as a whole, collaborating on wider team projects when a one-team approach is needed to maximise impact.

 

Required experience, skills, and attributes
 

•    Previous experience in a similar role.
•    Passionate about inclusion, wellbeing and social impact. 
•    Delivers work to a high standard, paying close attention to detail. 
•    Strong organisational skills.
•    Strong listening and communication skills, able to speak and write with clarity and professionalism.  
•    Ability to use initiative, suggest ways forward and proactively drive activities forward.
•    Experienced in monitoring, analysing, and presenting data and using related insights to identify and deliver opportunities for change.
•    Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously, and able to prioritise workload effectively. 
•    Experience in bringing projects in on budget and on time.
•    Both a strong team player, whilst also able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
•    Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills.
