The Team/ The Department


The HR Department supports all partners and staff across the UKIME region, encompassing key areas such as talent acquisition, retention, development, and reward. This is delivered through specialized teams in Recruitment, Inclusion & Diversity, Learning & Development, Reward, and HR Business Partnering.

 

The Reward & HRIS team is responsible for designing and maintaining a reward and benefits framework that attracts, retains, and engages our people. The team provides skilled advice and responsive services across Payroll, HR Analytics, Reward, and Benefits.


 
This role will support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our HR technology solutions, offering guidance to stakeholders on how these systems can be leveraged to improve business processes.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Act as first-line support for HR system and data-related queries, providing timely and accurate advice to stakeholders.
  • Manage the team inbox in accordance with established processes and service level agreements.
  • Resolve system and integration errors, ensuring appropriate resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Handle HR system service requests, including data uploads, picklist updates, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Escalate technical issues to the global support team and collaborate on defining and testing solutions.
  • Support cyclical system maintenance tasks aligned with the team’s annual calendar.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate changes to system configuration or business processes.
  • Attend cross-regional meetings to understand the broader system landscape and assess impacts on UKIME operations.
  • Assist in planning bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors releases and contribute to regression testing.
  • Support change initiatives and projects through testing, documentation management, and end-user training.
  • Produce regular reports and develop scheduled reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors or Power BI to enable stakeholder self-service.
  • Analyse HR data to identify integrity issues and work with data owners to resolve them.
  • Maintain process guidance documentation.
  • Contribute to AI and automation initiatives, consistently suggesting opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support other ad hoc business-as-usual and project activities as required.

 

Required experience, skills, and attributes

 

  • Demonstrated experience in HR system administration, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and data privacy legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in report development; familiarity with SuccessFactors Report Stories is advantageous.

 

Qualifications and training

 

  • Prior experience in a systems-focused role within an HR team.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Experience in a professional services environment.
