The Team/ The Department


The HR Department has responsibility for all partners and staff in the UKMEA region and its role encompasses the key areas of Talent recruitment, retention, development and reward through the Recruitment, I&D, Learning & Development, Reward and Business Partnering teams.
The Reward & HRIS team are accountable for creating and maintaining a reward and benefits framework that ensures we attract, retain and engage our people, providing excellent advice and information as part of a responsive service covering Payroll, HR Analytics, Reward and Benefits. 
This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the production of HR People Analytics for the business to drive better decision making. 


The Role

 

  • Provide support for HR Technology modules.
  • Participate in HR Technology Change Management meetings. 
  • Support with the implementation of HR functionalities and process implementation and testing.
  • Support and manage integration logs, troubleshoot, and resolve HR technology incidents.
  • Production of regular reporting for UK, Ireland & Middle East region.
  • Generating reports and analytics in response to ad-hoc requests for data and building regular dashboards. For example client pitches or D&I reporting.
  • Offering advisory support in understanding/interpreting HR data.
  • Support the HR function in basic analytics and reporting.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of SAP SuccessFactors (MyDentons).
  • Gain understanding of SF EC data model, delivered global SuccessFactors reports, identify gaps and support/develop required in-region Success Factors reports, and champion new analytics capability.
  • Support key HRIS systems including Objective Manager and Curo.


Required experience, skills, and attributes

 

  • Knowledge and experience of HRIS data concepts and principles.
  • HR and technology experience is desirable.
  • MI querying skills using at a minimum Excel.
  • Ideally Power BI and Power Automate experience.
  • Excellent problem solving, and communication skills.
  • SuccessFactors reporting experience is desirable.
  • Assist with work instructions documentation (User guides).
  • Manage People Systems and Data inbox.
  • Support with process changes and mass uploads of data into HR systems.
  • Assist with data audits, cleansing and data entry into HR systems.
  • Assist with planning of biannual SAP SuccessFactors releases and support with regression testing.
  • First line support to HR Shared Services team, HR Business Partner team and Payroll team. 
  • Help Troubleshoot system and data issues; escalate to HR & People Data Manager or Global BAU Support team as and when required.
  • Assist with small and large internal systems projects.


Qualifications and training

 

  • Previous HR experience of working in a systems and reward capacity within an HR team.
  • Graduate calibre or equivalent.
  • Previous professional services experience preferable but not essential.
