The Team
The HR Department supports all partners and staff across the UKIME region, encompassing key areas such as talent acquisition, retention, development, and reward. This is delivered through teams specializing in Recruitment, Inclusion & Diversity, Learning & Development, Reward, and HR Business Partnering.
The Reward & HRIS team is responsible for designing and maintaining a reward and benefits framework that attracts, retains, and engages our people. The team provides expert advice and responsive services across Payroll, HR Analytics, Reward, and Benefits.
This role will support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our HR technology solutions, offering guidance to stakeholders on how these systems can be leveraged to improve business processes.
Responsibilities
- Generate reports and analytics in response to agreed monthly reporting schedules and ad-hoc requests for data.
- Extract and manipulate data to import mass changes in SAP Success Factors.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards in Power BI using Power automate to bring in data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain reports in SAP Success Factors Stories and Canvas reporting modules.
- Act as first-line support for HR system and data-related queries, providing timely and accurate advice to stakeholders.
- Manage the team inbox in accordance with established processes and service level agreements.
- Investigate system and integration issues, ensuring appropriate resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Handle HR system service requests, including data uploads, picklist updates, and ad hoc reporting.
- Escalate technical issues to the global support team and collaborate on defining and testing solutions.
- Support cyclical system maintenance tasks aligned with the team’s annual calendar.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate changes to system configuration or business processes.
- Support change initiatives and projects through testing, documentation management, and end-user training.
- Analyse HR data to identify integrity issues and work with data owners to resolve them.
- Support other ad hoc business-as-usual and project activities as required.
Required experience, skills, and attributes
- Demonstrated experience of report development within SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Story reports.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data privacy legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Power BI and Power automate.
Qualifications and training
- Prior experience in a systems-focused role within an HR team.
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
