We are looking for an able and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join our Corporate Crime Team which is based in London. The team regularly acts for a range of high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and financial institutions facing serious criminal and regulatory risk.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate Crime practice. The successful candidate will provide sophisticated legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and corporations facing complex regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, and defence proceedings. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical knowledge and a proven track record in corporate criminal defence and compliance matters.

Required Experience, Skills, and Attributes
Technical Skills and Experience
- Substantial experience in financial regulation, corporate crime, and criminal defence;
- Proven track record of advising high-net-worth individuals and corporations;
- Experience of representing individuals or corporations in criminal proceedings;
- Experience conducting internal investigations and managing regulatory inquiries;
- Knowledge of or experience in conducting regulatory compliance and corporate crime compliance reviews;
- Strong understanding of financial services regulatory frameworks;
- Strong interview skills;
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills;
- Outstanding client relationship management abilities;
- Exceptional drafting skills and legal research ability;
- Experience with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
