Account Receivables Specialist

We are looking for an Account Receivables Specialist to join our Milan office and provide support to the Finance Department.
You will join a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining the company's financial order and transparency. Your primary responsibilities will include managing account receivables and credit control, monitoring e-invoices, performing monthly reconciliations of accounts and preparing monthly reports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong numerical ability and great attention to detail, and will contribute to the efficient running of the department and the firm.
Requirements
• BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field
• Between 3 and 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably gained in a comparable law firm
• Good command of numbers and figures, and analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Elite 3E preferred
• Good knowledge of Datev software
• Excellent level of Italian
• Proficiency in English
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
• Manage account receivables and credit control
• Support in creating proforma and tax invoices
• Monitor e-invoices in compliance with Italian law
• Handle bookkeeping activities related to account receivables
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts such as revenues, VAT, and withholding tax
• Provide monthly reports to partners concerning cash flow analysis, collections, revenues, and outstanding bills
