Clients & Markets Junior Coordinator / Coordinator

To sustain the continuous development of our practice in Italy, we are currently seeking a Clients and Markets Junior Coordinator or Clients and Markets Coordinator to join our team in Milan on a 12-month fixed-term contract (CCNL Commercio, III level).

Your role

Your main responsibilities will include dealing with and managing the relationship with a dynamic team of lawyers operating within a full-service law firm, providing support for its business development and marketing activities.

In particular:

•    Drafting and delivering domestic and international pitches/proposals, credentials, capabilities, CVs and presentations. Working on brochures and any other kind of marketing material, also together with the European digital and creative teams to implement the relevant branded collaterals.
•    Drafting submissions for Italian and international directories and awards.
•    Updating and implementing marketing databases managed locally or by Dentons’ network.
•    Providing general support to marketing and communication initiatives and projects, both domestic and international.
•    Supporting BD initiatives coordinated by the Italian team or the international network.
•    Supporting the implementation and updating of the firm’s CRM tools.

Requirements

• Between 2 and 4 years’ experience operating in a Marketing and Business Development Team in the field of professional services, preferably in an international law firm.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). C1 level preferable.
• University background, in economics/law would be preferable, in addition to marketing education.
• Flexible team player, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work within short deadlines, and to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) on Windows platform. Use of InterAction would be an added value.

Contract and compensation

• 12-month fixed-term contract – CCNL Commercio, III level.
• Gross annual salary (RAL): €32,000 – €37,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and profile.
