Legal Secretary - maternity leave replacement

For our Office based in Milan, we are looking for a specialized Secretary who will provide support to a team of attorneys and Partners during a maternity leave replacement period.
As a Secretary you will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues while providing clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agendas and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Draft and format documents (Word and PowerPoint), perform a few translations
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and forms
- Open legal matters, collect AML related documents, prepare case files and provide electronic submissions
- Create expense reports
- Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by providing timely reminders
- Archive documents
- Update case record memories and inventories of contact details
- Conduct thorough documentary research
Requirements
- Proven experience as Legal Secretary within an international Law Firm
- Proficiency in English (level C1 is required)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Integrity and professionalism
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
