The Role 
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate with non-contentious technology, outsourcing and general commercial experience to join our highly experienced and award-winning TMT Team in the UK, Middle East and Ireland.  

 

You will be involved in a diverse range of work, including:

  • Outsourcing;
  • Commercial contracts;
  • Technology contracts;
  • FinTech & payments;
  • Telecoms.

 

It is essential that candidates are focussed and committed to developing personally and professionally.  A commitment to delivering high-quality focused services to our clients is essential, as is maintaining and developing client relationships.


The Team 
You will be working with one of the UK's key TMT teams, tier 1 ranked in technology and telecoms, commercial contracts and data protection, and will have the opportunity to be involved in some of the most innovative work in the field, supported by our team of over 50 colleagues based in London, Milton Keynes, Glasgow and Dublin.

We have solid teamwork ethic and a first class client management approach. You will have the opportunity to work with household names such as TikTok, Meta, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Sainsbury's, Sky, Avis, UK Government, Royal Mail, and Virgin Group. Many of our associates have completed secondments with these clients.

  • Technology awareness
  • Experience working on similar work for sophisticated clients is desired
  • Advanced drafting skills and legal research ability
