LDC paralegals have won the Best Newcomer/Young Practitioner of the Year category 2022 and 2023. Additionally, in 2024, two LDC paralegals were both highly commended in the best newcomer/young practitioner of the year category.

Dentons is embracing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route to qualification. Not only can your work experience count towards Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) but for successful internal applicants we are also offering a unique opportunity for development, including financial sponsorship, through our QualiFLY programme. QualiFLY is an enhanced 2 year programme designed to provide the business with a pipeline of exceptional talent whilst ensuring that the experience and training gained by the paralegal is comparable to the more traditional training contract route.
