Legal Intern

Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Intern. 

The Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Dentons US LLP is pleased to announce a legal internship program for law students interested in pursuing careers in commercial litigation. Dentons is committed to providing students with real-life learning opportunities provided by litigation lawyers and professionals in the New York Office. 

The paid internship program will be offered during the Spring 2026 semester. During that time, interns will work approximately 37.5 hours per week and have the opportunity to work closely with Dentons Lawyers on case strategy, legal research, and trial preparation. In addition to substantive assignments, interns will gain firsthand insight into how litigators develop arguments, navigate discovery, and advocate for clients in commercial disputes. The internship will focus primarily on supporting Dentons commercial litigation team through legal research, document reviews, and litigation strategy.

Salary 

Pursuant with states' laws, the salary range for this position is $22.00/hour, based on experience and local market.
