The Opportunity


Our Recovery and Restructuring practice has a position for a Solicitor with two years post-qualification experience to join our Perth team on a contract or permanent basis.


You will be working on complex banking litigation matters acting for a major lender. You will be given the opportunity to work independently whilst also being supported by an experienced team and mentored by a highly successful and engaging partner based in Perth. You will have opportunity to work for additional partners as required. To be successful in this role you will utilise your well developed skills in: 


  • advising as to and conducting enforcement of banking retail, business and commercial facilities and securities;
  • conduct of loan and securities enforcement proceedings and other commercial disputes in the Western Australian Supreme Court Possession Lists, including court appearance and advocacy on interlocutory matters; and
  • have experience in personal insolvency matters is highly advantageous.
