Marketing and Communication Manager for international law firm

 

We are looking for a Czech native speaking Marketing & Communication Manager for our Prague office.  This is a great opportunity for candidate who has a keen interest in pursuing a career in marketing / business development within a leading international law firm.

The role of a senior member of the Business Development (BD), Marketing and Communications team requires proactive approach, ability to understand the business quickly and to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders as well as readiness to take a hands-on approach to implementing the projects delivery.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement key external and internal communication strategy, including driving and development the content and securing effective exposure in the media and on social media platforms to reinforce the firm´s profile
  • drive internal communication to build knowledge of the firm, its brand, shared values, clients and strengthen information exchange and collaboration between all parts of the firm
  • in cooperation with head of talent contribute actively to strengthening the firm´s employer brand and engagement
  • support creation of directory/award submissions to increase market profile and perception of teams
  • develop materials that can be used to consistently communicate with clients and prospects
  • identify, coordinate and evaluate speaking opportunities at conferences and seminars
  • organize events (full organization and preparation of different type of events, particularly practice or sector-specific seminars and networking events mainly for clients and targeted audience), sponsorships & community activities
  • support RfP and pitch process
  • ensure consistency and adherence to the firm’s brand and visual identity across all activities and channels
  • drawing up and monitoring related Marketing & Communication budget
  • cooperate closely with the BD / Marketing / Communication Europe team

 

Desired skills and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing / communications, business development, or another relevant field preferably in legal or other professional services environment
  • Fluent communication in English and Czech (Czech native)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • University degree (preferably in economics/marketing/communications or related field)
  • Computer literacy, excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Self-motivated and independent, able however to work collaboratively with others
  • A can-do attitude and proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable in a demanding environment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • High degree of attention to detail

 

 

Remuneration

  • 70.000 - 90.000 CZK gross monthly
