Job overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. In this role you would mainly focus on preparing, collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data. You would be responsible for collecting salary data, working with market data, and preparing various reports. In addition, you would be supporting Talent Director and HR Business Partners in their roles of trusted advisors preparing employment documents, entering data into the HR systems, etc.
The ideal candidate will be keen on working with data, has strong analytical thinking and exceptional Excel skills, is interested in technical aspects of HR systems. The ideal candidate will also be open to developing into an HR Business Partner role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Talent Director during compensation and performance process within Europe including preparation of benchmarks, salary data files and communication of salary review results to European functional heads.
• Responsible for participation in salary surveys across various European countries. Understanding the data and how such surveys work.
• Responsible for collecting information for, updating, and maintaining European salary budget file.
• Entering, updating and validation of data in Dentons HR systems. Being able to understand how the systems work and being able to structure various HR reports.
• Acting as an HRBP for one of our Czech entities, which particularly involves on-boarding and off-boarding of Dentons colleagues, communication with managers and a payroll provider, preparation and updating contracts, advising employees in case of any queries.
• Entering data into payroll system and preparation of data for the external payroll provider including Employees’ annual tax declaration.
• Management of benefits for one of our Czech entities.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, working with C&B and other HR data and experience with HR systems.
• Keen to prepare data for and coordinate payroll. Experience with Czech payroll is a plus.
• Knowledge of Czech work environment is a must, understanding of Czech labour code is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including complex formulas and basic macros.
• Strong analytical and technical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Native Czech speaker with advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
