Temporary Records Clerk

The Firm is currently recruiting for a Temporary Records Clerk in our San Diego office to assist with closing and storing files. This position reports to the Legal Support Manager and is an in office position.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve, update and prepare files for offsite storage.
- Assist with inventorying, closing and transferring files to Iron Mountain from the records room, attorney offices, LAA workstations, as well as the copy and project rooms
- These duties may be ongoing or adhoc in nature.
- Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.
Experience & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- General computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and FileTrail preferred.
- Ability to plan and organize work, multitask and to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Must also be able to use proper manual handling equipment including, but not limited to, dollies and carts.
This is a temporary hourly position, and the rate of pay is $20.00.
