Responsibilities: 
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing / arranging statutory declarations for all new hires, managing the filing of documents for resigning employees and sending exit communications to leaver.
• Provide general administrative support including scanning / filing of documents, maintaining personal files and sending HR email announcements.
• Prepare and issue certification letters requested by employees and conduct reference checks for leaver.
• Manage work pass renewals and terminations.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and assist in the approval of claims.
• Support all HR events and activities.
• Assist the reporting line with employee benefits matters, such as medical, dental and insurance inquiries.
• Perform any other HR administrative duties as assigned.

 

Requirements
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of relevant experience preferred 
• Fresh school leavers are welcome
• Possess good inter-personal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work well in a team   
• Familiarity with MS Office application and basic knowledge of Employment Act will be advantageous
