Job Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
• Manage monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting
• Prepare management reports, not limited to payroll and headcount reports
• Prepare billing requests for inter-region and global invoicing
• Process payments for EOR employees and contract-based personnel
• Support government claims and cost allocation for reimbursements
• Support income tax filings, including IR21 and IR8A submissions
HR Operations
• Administer record keeping for end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes
• Review and process employee reimbursement claims
• Address HR queries with timely and accurate responses
• Prepare and issue employment related documents (e.g., certificates, references, visa letters) for employees and other personnel
• Manage work pass renewals and cancellations in compliance with regulations
• Administer and support lawyer-related certification applications and renewals
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll and HR Operations
• Strong interest in payroll processing and HR administrative functions
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• A proactive and collaborative team player who can also work independently
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with HR/payroll systems such as SuccessFactors and Times Pro is an advantage
