The individual will provide overall coordination and administration support to the Firm’s training initiatives; inhouse content publishing, as well as outreach and engagement efforts with clients and other external partners. 
 

Responsibilities:

•    Provide administrative support to the Firm’s training initiatives:
o    Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate inhouse in-person and online training activities
o    Provide administration and coordination support to training activities and requests
o    Upload content and maintain in-house learning management system

•    Content Publishing:
o    Format inhouse articles into house styles and publish them on website and digital platforms
o    Prepare and publish inhouse newsletters and update intranet

•    Organise outreach and engagement events and other activities:
o    Create event publicity materials and handle event registration and related enquiries
o    Coordinate all logistical and other related elements with stakeholders and vendors to ensure the event’s success
o    Coordinate and execute event/activity on-site
o    Manage post-event feedback

•    Provide general support to the department’s work and any other duties as assigned.
 

Requirements:

•    Possess a diploma or university degree
•    Experience as a training and/or event management executive or similar role will be advantageous 
•    Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and verbal English
•    Responsible, meticulous and resourceful 
•    Strong organisational and time management skills and able to handle multiple projects/events on a tight timeline
•    A motivated self-starter who can work independently and as a team player
•    Familiar with using social media platforms and video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams 
•    Proficient in MS Office, Google workspace and general computer skills
•    Comfortable working in a people-facing and hands-on working environment
•    Knowledge in learning needs analysis and competency frameworks will be an advantage
