Dentons Rodyk is seeking a Paralegal to assist the Corporate Real Estate Department. 

 

Successful candidate will be supporting lawyers and legal executives on Corporate Real Estate matters working alongside paralegals and legal executives and will be responsible for seeing to completion of necessary legal processes and procedures in legal matters (eg searches, stamping and legal procedures). 

 

We are looking for process oriented people who are keen to develop skills in managing and mastering legal processes and procedures as well as the supporting file management work. Law or other non-law graduates, or those who are polytechnic diploma holders (law diploma not a requirement) or a polytechnic diploma in fields that enhances their analytical skills in problem solving that are complimentary to legal teams will be an advantage.

 

Candidates looking for remote working or flexi-work options may also be considered. 

 

Requirements:

•    Good command of written and oral English
•    Good head for details
•    Adaptability in working with various IT systems
•    Able to work in a team and multi-task
•    Strong analytical and word processing skills
•    Ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills
•    No prior experience in legal field is required, although it will be an advantage. Training will be provided.
