  • Process Print Orders according to printing requests received in person or through email.
  • Operate office equipment in accordance to job order and specifications.
  • On a daily basis, prioritize work assignments based on deadlines, overall company workload and machine capability.
  • Check printed materials for clarity, accuracy, quality, finishing and other production factors.
  • Once print orders are finished, complete all necessary paperwork, including charging out necessary printing cost and materials.
  • Provide Customer Service to internal clients.
  • Troubleshoot and minimize stoppages, printer issues and breakdowns.
  • Performing minor repairs and routine equipment maintenance.
  • Restock Printing Supplies.
  • When necessary, to replace ink, paper, toner, labels, and additional printing materials as they run out. Responsible for ensuring that all needed supplies are fully stocked.
  • Dealing with external vendors for orders of printing supplies and needful maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness in the print room.
  • Any other assigned duties where required.




  • GCE O levels/A levels/Nitec/Higher Nitec
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word.
  • Experience in handling bulk print documentation.
  • Prior working experience in similar capacity will be advantageous.
  • Meticulous and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Pleasant disposition and a team player.
  • Physically fit.
  • Prepared to work staggered work hours.  Hours may be changed according to business needs. (8 am to 5 pm, 10 am to 7 pm).
