About the Role

 

Join a team of specialists in the area of institutional abuse and personal injury claims and be supervised and mentored by the best. Arising out of these claims are a range of interesting and complex matters including investigations, fraud, competition, commercial disputes and media law. This fantastic opportunity is available to two lawyers with 2-5 years PQE to join our high performing and successful team.

 

Work with some of the best strategists whilst receiving support in a welcoming and friendly environment.

 

About You

 

  • You have sound technical legal skills and understand process.
  • Preferably, you have gained experience in acting for the Respondent in historical institutional abuse claims.
  • You have experience in general commercial litigation.
  • You can demonstrate your experience in mediations and settlement negotiations.
  • You are seeking a role within a busy and sociable practice. This is a collaborative and closely knit team so you will need to be a good team player.
  • You want to be part of a team that is passionate about what they do day every day.
