Associate - Disputes Resolution

 

We are looking for an experienced and technically excellent Solicitor to work in our Dispute Resolution team, with approximately 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience.

 

We are specifically looking for someone who can join a dynamic and busy team and who welcomes having significant involvement with and responsibility to clients; who is willing to set strategy and have carriage of large contentious matters.

 

Our Sydney-based team now has a substantial footprint in the market making this role a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor who is ready to significantly progress their career.  There is ample opportunity to fast-track your career in the team and high-performers are rewarded.

 

You will work on a range of high profile contract disputes, including acting for leading ASX 200 clients. In addition to this, you will be exposed to general trade practices disputes and regulatory issues, corporate disputes, class actions, fraud investigations and prosecutions as well as government inquiries and investigations.

You will work closely with partners and receive significant training and support.  This is coupled with an expectation that you will take as much responsibility for clients and matters and play a pivotal role in business development.
