About the Role
In a competitive Real Estate market, experience with a global perspective is indispensable. Dentons' Real Estate team operates at the industry’s forefront, working with market leading initiatives and technology both locally and internationally. Dentons advises on transactions, structuring management of property interests, sales, purchases and complex leasing and has particular expertise in complex developments and titling. Our reputation has been built on helping clients expedite the development process and effectively managing contractual and commercial risk.
Our Real Estate practice works on complex property deals for a mix of Australian and overseas landlords, tenants, owners and investors across many aspects of commercial property, including retail and office leasing, acquisitions, disposals of commercial property and property developments.

About You
You may be an Associate or Senior Associate and seeking the long term opportunity for career development and progression that Dentons can provide.
You will:
- be able to demonstrate experience in commercial real estate law, including leasing, residential developments, sales and acquisitions;
- have an exacting nature with a high regard for quality driven outcomes and a ‘challenge accepted' growth mindset;
- be a strong communicator who enjoys preparing and delivering presentations to clients; and
- be looking for a friendly, supportive and genuine team where you will be a mentor to junior members of the team whilst being mentored by passionate and dedicated partners.
