About the Role

 

To support the continued growth of our Corporate practice, we are seeking an Associate with three or more years of post-admission experience in corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A, equity raisings and secondary advisory work.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team where junior lawyers are supported through meaningful work, strong mentorship and ongoing development.

 

Working across multiple partners within a national team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate matters and develop your technical, commercial and advisory skills. You will be mentored and coached by senior lawyers who are invested in your progression and committed to supporting your long-term career development.

About You

 

You will have experience working on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital markets matters. You are looking to join a collaborative team that advises on a broad range of matters across Australia, while drawing on the strength of Dentons’ global footprint.

 

Your strong drafting and advice-writing skills, analytical mindset and willingness to work on complex, challenging matters will help you succeed in our collaborative, team-oriented and high-performing Corporate practice.
