We are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to assist us to continue to push the boundaries. As an integral part of the team, you’ll play a key role in driving and evolving Dentons’ digital marketing and communication activities both internally and externally. This position is full-time and permanent and can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for fantastic hands-on experience, and who wants to take the next step in driving their career further. To be successful in this role, you will have a high level of initiative with great attention to detail, strong communications skills (both written and verbal), the ability to work to short and multiple deadlines and be able to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing engaging social media assets, such as videos, podcasts and imagery.
- Drafting and posting content to social media accounts and monitoring social engagement analytics.
- Assisting with holistic digital marketing analytics (capture and analysis).
- Providing brand guidance to ensure compliance with our brand usage guidelines.
- Working with Dentons’ global brand team on collateral requirements.
- Working with Marketing & Business Development team members and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives involving digital marketing.
- Assisting the Senior Communications Manager in drafting internal and external communications.
- Assisting the Events team to coordinate live client webinars, providing pre-event, live and post-event support.
- Designing and executing targeted email communications and invitations to clients via our email platform, Vuture.
- Using Dentons’ Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, Nexl, for events and marketing communications activities.
- Proofing and editing communications materials in line with Dentons’ global writing guidelines.
- Managing the process for staff photography, including liaising with photographers in cities around Australia, and working with our client services teams to arrange photoshoots.
About you
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in either Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or similar will be highly regarded.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role in a professional service or sophisticated B2B environment.
- Well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing best practices, along with an ability to articulate what is possible.
- Confidence working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic HTML coding skills.
- Be proactive, collaborative, organised and flexible, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the business.
