About the Role

This role will support the events function for both client facing and internal staff events, including day-to-day assistance with the operational aspects of running events, and providing on-the-ground support in our office to deliver events.

 

The role encompasses both in person and virtual events, typically including internal and external lunches, dinners, cocktail parties, seminars, webinars, staff briefings, sporting events and others.

 

About You

 

To be successful in this role, key skills and attributes you need include:

 

  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • An interest in managing small to mid-sized events
  • Events management course or degree and / or previous work experience in the events space will be highly regarded
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client service
  • Team oriented and results driven
  • Good at problem solving and multi-tasking
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
