About the Role
This role offers a unique mix of work, for a team of highly experienced and supportive Partners in our Recovery & Restructuring practice. You will work for major lenders, banks and insolvency practitioners to provide advice in relation to:
- Complex debt recovery and litigation; and
- Insolvency and restructuring.
You will also act for Indigenous organisations and foundations, and various large Not for Profit and charitable organisations in relation to general commercial advice, contractual drafting, disputes, advice regarding financial sustainability and restructuring.
This opportunity offers you the chance to work on broad spectrum of both litigious and non-litigious work.
About You
Our Partners are seeking your energy, your passion for law and your litigation experience.
You will ideally have the following attributes:
- a strong academic background;
- 1-2 years of post-admission experience gained in a commercial law firm;
- the desire and ability to learn from the team around you;
- strong verbal and written communication skills; and
- you are a good team member.
