About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Organisational Development Advisor to join our award-winning Human Resources team at Dentons Australia.
You will support the design, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of Dentons’ learning and organisational development initiatives. The role has a primary focus on learning and organisational development, including employee engagement and culture initiatives and internal communications.

Working closely with the Senior Learning and Organisational Development Manager and key stakeholders across the firm, some of the key responsibilities of the role to build capability, strengthen engagement, and support Dentons’ strategic objectives are summarised below.
Learning & Organisational Development
- Support the design, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of Dentons’ academy programs, including program development support, speaker liaison, venue and event set up, participant communications, materials, travel and logistics.
- Coordinate firmwide training sessions on upcoming compliance-related matters, such as AML, psychosocial hazards and other mandatory or risk-related topics.
- Complete post-program reviews, gathering information from feedback surveys, evaluation data and focus groups to identify insights and continually refine programs.
- Support the rollout of leadership training initiatives and 360 assessments.
- Support the organisation of team-based ad hoc training and learning solutions in response to business needs.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate learning sessions as required.
- Manage and maintain the national induction program, including facilitating induction sessions and updating induction materials and documents.
- Oversee and manage CPD records, compliance requirements and end-of-CPD-year enquiries.
- Act as the administrative contact for Perth CPD uploads, ensuring Perth CPD learning activities are accurately captured by the end of the CPD year.
- Coordinate the rollout of annual compulsory e-learning modules, such as data privacy, data security, psychosocial safety and related compliance training.
Engagement and Culture
- Support annual engagement and psychosocial safety surveys to drive participation and meaningful follow-up actions.
- Work with support teams to gather, analyse and interpret learning, engagement and culture data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and regular updates to track program participation, feedback, engagement metrics and other people-related insights.
- Communicate the L&D story through intranet articles, promotional content and other internal communications that raise awareness and engagement.
- Promote upcoming training sessions and learning opportunities through clear and engaging communications.
DEI & Social Impact
- Support the coordination and delivery of DEI and social impact initiatives, events and programs across the firm.
- Assist with tracking participation, metrics and reporting relating to DEI and social impact activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support volunteering, community and inclusion initiatives.
- Consult with Global Talent on relevant global DEI, engagement and culture initiatives that may be considered locally, and attend relevant meetings
About You
