The Opportunity 


We have a compelling opportunity for an aspiring Legal Administrative Assistant to join our busy Dispute Resolution practice. You will be supporting various team members and be responsible for ensuring the tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.


Some of the duties of the role will involve (but are not limited to): 

  • Drafting correspondence;
  • Taking telephone calls and enquiries;
  • Billing;
  • Opening/closing files;
  • Administration maintenance on numerous files;
  • Ad hoc research and administrative duties.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest to join a close-knight, high performing team that highly values and embraces;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work across multiple priorities;
  • Be highly organised;
  • Be articulate, professional and exhibit strong communication skills.


This role is suited to someone who has a positive, can do mindset together with an energetic and motivated manner. Our team is cohesive and collegiate and you will have plenty of opportunity for learning and for developing your skills. Experience in the legal sector is preferred; however, administration experience in a high volume environment is essential.
