The Opportunity

We are growing our Lending practice and we now have multiple Legal Administrative Assistant (Practice Coordinator) positions available to join our team and to be a part of the world's largest law firm.


This is a rewarding role where you will utilise your skills, gained over a period of one to two years, to provide legal administration support to a team of paralegals. You will be immersed in the heartbeat of the team and play a significant role to help ensure that deadlines and client expectations are met.  Your duties will include, but not be limited to:


  • Document preparation; 
  • Completion of tasks on residential mortgage files;
  • Conducting searches and property enquiries where required;
  • Data entry and preparing mortgage documents;
  • Attending to banking of client funds;
  • Sending titles to Borrowers;
  • Ordering security packets;
  • Assisting with and attending settlements (paper and PEXA);
  • Communicating with clients, borrowers, solicitors and brokers via telephone and email.
