Legal Assistant – Dispute Resolution (Commercial Litigation)

 

 

Join Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, and bring your expertise to our Dispute Resolution team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled adn experienced Legal Assistant to support a dynamic practice group and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

The Role


You’ll play a key role in supporting a busy team, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:


•    Coordinating diaries, travel arrangements, and liaising with Chambers, Clerks, and Counsel
•    Drafting, editing, and preparing correspondence and legal documents
•    Preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations
•    Compiling Briefs for Counsel and other experts
•    Conducting InfoTrack searches
•    Managing finance processes including matter openings, conflict checks, engagement letters, trust requirements, managing expenses, audit letters, billing and reporting
•    Handling general administrative tasks including electronic and paper filing, mail, printing, scanning, and calls.

About You


We’re looking for someone who is:


•    Proactive and organised, with a strong eye for detail
•    Collaborative and client-focused, committed to delivering outstanding service
•    Experienced in legal administration, with knowledge of Elite or similar finance systems
•    Confident using Outlook to manage calendars, emails, and deadlines
